Hot Weather in Egypt on Wednesday, Cairo 27°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately hot weather to hot weather will prevail in most parts of the country during Wednesday's daylight hours.

Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in the North Coast.

The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on the agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Canal Cities, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai, reducing visibility on some roads.

Wind speeds of between 30 and 32 kilometres per hour (km/h) are expected to affect Cairo and South Sinai and North Coast.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height varying between northwest and southwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate to turbulent, ranging between 2 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 27°C in Cairo, 25°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 31°C in Sohag, 33°C in Qena, and 33°C in Aswan.
