Hot Weather Hits Egypt on Friday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt, during daylight hours on Friday.

Moderately hot weather is expected to hit the North Coast, while South Sinai and the south of the country experience scorching conditions.

Wind will also be active across the country, stirring sand and dust in North Upper Egypt.

Nice weather is predicted to prevail at nighttime in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Upper Egypt.

Moderately cold weather is also expected to prevail in North Coast, while South Sinai and the south of the country experience moderate conditions.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 32°C in Cairo, 24°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 38°C in Sohag, 39°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.
