Hossam Hassan, Coach of the Egyptian national football team confirmed the team's readiness to play in the qualifiers for the 2025 African Cup of Nations, scheduled to be held in Morocco.
The draw for the qualifiers for the 2025 African Cup of Nations was held today, and resulted in the Egyptian national team being placed in Group 3 alongside the teams of "Cape Verde, Mauritania and Botswana".
Hossam Hassan said - in statements this evening - that the Egyptian national team's group in the continental qualifiers is strong and includes good teams, noting that African football has developed significantly during the recent period.
He added, "The Egyptian national team is ready for the qualifiers, and is ready to compete for the African Cup of Nations title .. The group includes good teams, but the team is fully prepared and always plays to win and win titles".
On his part, Ibrahim Hassan, the director of the Egyptian national team, confirmed that the team is ready and prepared for all circumstances in the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
