On Thursday, Saudi Pro League champions Al Ittihad unveiled their latest and biggest signing, French forward Karim Benzema, the iconic captain of Real Madrid, at Jeddah’s King Abdullah Sports City Stadium.
More than 56,000 tickets were sold for Karim Benzema’s presentation at Jeddah’s King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in only a few hours.

Ballon d’Or winner signed a $165 million contract with the Saudi Pro League club for three seasons, according to media outlets.
A large number of the club's fans stormed into the stadium, wearing the club’s yellow and black colors.
They greeted Benzema upon his arrival in the city on Wednesday.
He held a massive media conference where he praised the club and asserted that the fanbase of the Saudi Ittihad is a massive one, and the club had a huge history.

Moreover, he stepped into the field with children who were dressed in the club's famous yellow and black t-shirts.

There was a huge fireworks show for the occasion.
