Herve Renard, officially, was named, Thursday, the coach of the France Women's Team until 2024 and he will lead the team in this year's world cup.
The 54-year-old coach resigned as coach of the Saudi Arabia men's team two days ago.
Renard will announce his squad for France's for the next two friendlies during his presentation on Friday.
France's women's team will face Colombia on April 7 and Canada on April 11.
Currently, the French women's team is ranked fifth in the world and they are looking forward to win their first World Cup at this year.
