People tend to neglect the importance of drinking water o regular basis each day. Mean while, many complain of diseases which they do not know that drinking water could cure.

A recent study revealed that the young actors across the world takes 5 liters of water a day and not 3 liters as required by the nutritionists, as drinking water is proved to be the primary responsible factor to stay young, along with sports and healthy eating.

1. Prevents dry skin, keeps skin fresh and vibrant and prevents the appearance of premature wrinkles
