"Heikal" Foundation Announces Two Prizes for Journalists

The "Heikal" Foundation for Arab Journalism has announced two prizes bearing its name for journalistic work. Through these awards, the Heikal Foundation aims to reward young male and female journalists who have excelled in their entire journalistic work during the year 2019.

The Foundation offers two promotional awards to celebrate excellence in journalistic work, and the value of each award is 250 thousand Egyptian pounds. The two prizes are awarded on the anniversary of Haykal's birth on September 23 of each year. Provided that these prizes help them develop their skills and tools and complete what this ancient profession requires. As well as keeping pace with what is new in a world that does not stop developing and challenging.

You can apply for prizes for any work published in the Arabic language in all Arab newspapers, magazines and news sites, and all Arab nationalities are entitled to apply. The applicant must not be older than 40 on December 31, 2019.  Submission of prizes for the year 2019 starts will end in May 2020.

The applicant sends his work, a complete autobiography, which includes a summary of all the work previously published to the candidate in person or in association with others in all traditional publishing methods, news sites and modern electronic means of communication including Twitter, Facebook and their counterparts on the email of the jury [email protected]
