Heatwave at Its Peak... Egypt Continues to Melt on Friday, Cairo 41°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will continue experiencing a rise in the temperature on Friday.

Extremely hot weather is also predicted to prevail in most parts of the country and hot weather to hit the North Coast.

Wind will be active occasionally across the country.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, and Central Sinai.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot weather at nighttime.

Moderate weather is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 41°C in Cairo, 31°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Marsa Matruh, 44°C in Sohag, 46°C in Qena, and 47°C in Aswan.
