Barcelona extended German coach Hansi Flick's contract until 2027, media reports indicated on Friday.
As reported by transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona wrapped up contract negotiations with Flick.
The 60-year-old has agreed to extend his stay in Catalonia by an additional year, until the summer of 2027.
Flick has led Barcelona through one of their most dominant seasons in recent memory, capturing the domestic triple crown, and reaching the semi-final of the UEFA Champions League.
Flick's agent, Pini Zahavi, and Barcelona's president, Joan Laporta, inked the deal during a dinner after the Clásico win.
Flick always prefers short contracts as they allow him to have more flexibility.
Since the beginning of 2025, Barcelona managed to re-sign Pedri, Pau Cubarsi and Gavi.
