The Guardian, a  British daily  newspaper, revealed that about 15% of Russians with ready assets of more than $1m  (£820,000) are expected to migrate to other countries by the end of 2022, according to immigration data by Henley & Partners, a London-based company that acts as an intermediary between the wealthy and the countries that offer “golden passports.”

“Russia is bleeding millionaires because the rich have been emigrating from Russia in steadily increasing numbers each year for the past decade.

The increasing numbers of immigrants is an early warning sign of the current problems the country faces,” Andrew Amoyles, head of research at the organization that compiled the data, told Henley.

Also, Ukraine is expected to suffer the largest loss of high-net-worth inpiduals as a proportion of its population, with 2,800 millionaires (or 42 percent of all Ukraine's wealthy) expected to leave the country by the end of the year.
