Gold prices increased slightly during trading on Monday.
Engineer Saeed Embabi, Executive Director of the “iSagha” platform, said that gold prices in the local markets rose by 5 pounds, bringing the price of a gram of 21 karat gold to 3,585 pounds, while an ounce on the global stock market rose by about 5 dollars, to record 2,658 dollars per ounce.Embabi added that a gram of 24 karat gold recorded 4,097 pounds, a gram of 18 karat gold recorded 3,073 pounds, while a gram of 14 karat gold recorded about 2,390 pounds, and a gold pound recorded about 28,680 pounds.
