On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, the British Royal Mint unveiled gold bars bearing the image of the Holy Kaaba.

The Royal Mint in Britain issued a gold ingot bearing the image of the Kaaba in Mecca, on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, and this comes within the framework of its participation in a campaign to collect donations for the victims of last month's earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

Officials at the Mint said that the ingot, which bears the image of the Holy Kaaba, was specially designed for Muslims, weighs 20 grams, and was designed in cooperation with the Islamic Council of Wales, and the design of “Ema Noble”, a British design expert.

The British Royal Mint aims to allow Muslims an opportunity to present a gold ingot as a gift on Eid al-Fitr.

Andrew Dickey, director of the precious metals department at the British Royal Mint, told the media that the house was honored to place the image of the Kaaba for the first time on the ingot and that many experts in the field of coinage were used to crystallize the image of the Kaaba, "the holiest place on earth."

The director of the Precious Metals Department explained that the ingot is designed with Islamic inscriptions, and is suitable as a precious gift on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, as it is suitable to be kept as an investment, as it is made of 99.9% pure gold.
