Gold fell by 0.5%, domestically, in a week, while the gold ounce declined by 0.2% internationally.
The CEO of Isagha platform Saied Embabi said that gold prices fell by EGP 10 in domestic markets last week.
The gram of 21-karat opened the weekly transaction at EGP 2160, and closed at 2150, while the ounce opened the weekly tradings at $1962, and closed at 1959, recording a $3 decline.
In the same context, 24-karat hit EGP 2457, 18-karat reached EGP 18-karat 1843, and 14-karat recorded EGP 1434.
The gold pound was sold at EGP 17200.
