Egypt and Liverpool superstar, Mohamed Salah, has been nominated for the Men’s Best Player of the Year Award at the 2021 Globe Soccer Awards.
The Globe Soccer Awards are annual football awards organised by the European Club Association in conjunction with the European Association of Player’s Agents.
The 2021 edition will see Salah up against the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappe, Karim Benzema and Romelu Lukaku for the Best Player of the Year Award, to name a few.
Despite not winning any trophies with Liverpool or Egypt in 2021, Salah has had an excellent year on an inpidual level. In the second part of the 2020/2021 season, the Egyptian managed to find the back of the net on 16 occasions across all competitions.
