Egyptian actress Ghada Adel is set to star alongside actor Mohamed Henedy in a new film for the first time in 23 years.

The cast also includes Ahmed Badir, Mohamed Mahmoud, Alaa Morsi, Mustafa Abu Saree, and Nancy Salah.

Director Saeed Hamed directs the film from a script by Ihab Blibl

The project is shooting under the title of “Marei El Brimo”, and sees Henedy playing a Sa'idi man who sells watermelon and Adel portraying his wife.

The film marks the pair's third collaboration after working on films "Sa'eedi Fi Al Jami'a Al Amrikiyya" (1998), and "Belia We Demagho El Alia" (2000).

It also reunites Heneidy and Hamed for the first time in 18 years. They previously collaborated on the 2005 film "Ya Ana Ya Khalty".

The film also marks the first collaboration between Henedy, Adel, and Saeed after "Saeedi at the American University".

Henedy took to Facebook to share a first look at the behind-the-scenes of the upcoming film.

Adel was last seen in the family film “Sa'at Egaba”.

The cast starred Selim Mostafa, Sawsan Badr, Sherif Salama, Ayten Amer, Naglaa Badr, and others.

The plot revolves around a child who wishes for different parents. When his wish is fulfilled, he finds himself moving to a new house with a new family and embarking on a new adventure.

“Sa'at Egaba” is scripted by Ahmed Chico and directed by Mostafa Abou Seif.
