On Tuesday, Euro 2024 tournament witnessed a thrilling day that was headlined by Cristiano Ronaldo's first appearance in the 2024 Euro.

Turkey Thrash Georgia 3-1

Tuesday's games started with Turkey colliding against

Georgia. The fans of both teams started the competition so early as they clashed against each other before the game.

The game was thrilling. Mert Muldur put Turkey ahead in 25:00, but, Georgia's Georges Mikautadze quickly equalized. This goal is Georgia's first in the Euro tournament. The first half ended with a 1-1 draw.  

In the second half, 19-year-old Turkey and Real Madrid star Arda Guler scored the second to be among the tournament's youngest scorers, finally, Kerem Akturkoglu added a late third.

Portugal Clinch Hard 2-1 Victory over Czechia 

Francisco Conceicao saved Portugal from losing two points by the beginning of their 2024 Euro campaign just minutes after coming off the bench.

In the first half, the Czechs were put ahead after the team's Lukas Provod hit the nets of European Brazil.

Shortly, Robin Hranac's own goal saved Portugal by giving them the equalizer, before Portugal managed to save themselves. 

Two records were set, yesterday. Portugal's Ronaldo played his sixth Euro appearance. 

Portugal's 41-year-old Pepe became the oldest player in Euros history, breaking the record set by Hungary goalkeeper Gabor Kiraly.
