Today, AEW, ROH, NJPW, Stardom, and CMLL combined forces of a prestigious joint show at the Tokyo Dome, 24 hours after the iconic NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 19.
It was the first time for AEW to hold a joint show with NJPW in Tokyo, Japan, and it was the third joint show between both promotions after the two editions of AEWXNJPW: The Forbidden Door.
The show saw the return of Kenny Omega to action after being sidelined with an injury for more than a year. He had a fantastic and brutal comeback match against Gabe Kidd, while the Young Bucks were crowned as the new IWGP World Tag Team champions in their return to NJPW for the first time since 2019.
Tanahashi and Shibata had a time limit draw in a classic Grappling Rules exhibition match.
