It also represents the Mannschaft’s 19th consecutive qualification for the tournament.
Germany delivered a commanding performance, reaffirming their rightful position at the top of Group A.
With the win, they raised their tally to 15 points and secured direct qualification to the World Cup, continuing their distinguished record as one of the most frequent participants in the tournament’s history, second only to Brazil’s 23 appearances.
As for Slovakia, their tally remained at 12 points, sending them to the European playoff round in hopes of clinching an additional spot that could take them to the 2026 World Cup, scheduled to be held across the United States, Canada, and Mexico next summer.
