Galatasaray have been crowned champions of the Süper Lig 2025–2026 season after a decisive 4–2 victory over Antalyaspor, sealing the title in style.
The win officially confirmed Galatasaray as league champions, extending their dominance in Turkish football with a fourth consecutive league title, a rare achievement that underlines their sustained superiority in recent years.
With this triumph, Galatasaray increased their total league titles to 26, further strengthening their position as the most successful club in Turkish football history. They now sit ahead of major rivals Fenerbahce with 19 titles, Besiktas with 16, and Trabzonspor with 7.
The success also marked a historic milestone for head coach Okan Buruk, who became only the second manager in league history to win four consecutive Turkish league titles, matching the achievement previously set by Fatih Terim during his spell with Galatasaray.
This latest championship reinforces Galatasaray’s status as a dominant force in Turkish football, built on consistency, strong squad depth, and sustained managerial stability.
