G1 Climax 34: Tsuji, Takagi Advance to Semi-Finals

On Thursday, New Japan's Pro Wrestling organized night 17 of G1 Climax 34.

Night 17 took place at August 15, 2024, at Makuhari Messe in Mihama-ku, Chiba.

It was the quarter-finals night of Block A, and B and determined the names that will qualify for the semi-final.

Yota Tsuji defeated Konosuke Takeshita in the quarter finals of Block B, and Shingo Takagi defeated Great-O-Khan in the quarter-final of Block A.

Tsuji will face David Finlay in the semi-final of Block B, while Takagi will face Zack Sabre Jr. in the semi-final of Block A.

8-Man Tag Team Action: Just 5 Guys (Taka Michinoku, Sanada, Taichi & Douki) defeated Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & Yoshi-Hashi), Tomoaki Honma & Katsuya Murashima 

6-Man Tag Team Match: Oleg Boltin & Be-Bop Tag Team (Hiroshi Tanahashi & Toru Yano) defeated House of Torture (Yoshinobu Kanemaru, Sho & Yujiro Takahashi) 

Tag Team Fight: Bullet Club War Dogs (Gabe Kidd & Jake Lee) defeated United Empire (Francesco Akira &Jeff Cobb) 

Tag Team Action: United Empire (Callum Newman & Henare) defeated Los Ingobernables de Japón (Bushi & Tetsuya Naito) by submission 

6-Man Tag Team Contest: House of Torture (Ren Narita, Dick Togo & Evil) defeated Jado, El Phantasmo & Shota Umino 

Tag Team Match: Zack Sabre Jr. & Hartley Jackson defeated Bullet Club War Dogs (Gedo & David Finlay)

Block A Quarter-Final Match in the G1 Climax Tournament : Shingo Takagi defeated Great-O-Khan 

Block B Quarter-Final Match in the G1 Climax Tournament : Yota Tsuji defeated Konosuke Takeshita
