Ingredients
Milk
vinegar
Starch
Any fruit of your choice
Directions
Heat a liter of milk on medium-high heat, then add 3 tablespoons of vinegar. It will separate once the milk is boiled.
Carefully ladle the curdled milk into the colander to use later.
In a saucepan, put a cup and a half of milk with a quarter cup of starch, then mix over high heat until a smooth paste forms. The paste form should be thick like a Mahalabia.
Add the cream and stir for 3 minutes until all is combined or you can use an electric mixer to beat the cream until it is creamy.
Place the cream on a plate and cover it with plastic wrap until it cools.
Serving
Place the cream on the serving plate, then decorate the top with strawberries, bananas, chopped pistachios, and white honey.
Enjoy!
