FIFA World Cup: Portugal to Face South Korea, Lineups Announced

On Friday, Portugal will face South Korea in the final round of Group H in the stage group of the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Although the former EURO cup champions advanced to the knockouts after gaining six points, they need to win the final match to secure the group's first place. 

If Portugal lose, and Ghana manage to beat Uruguay, the European team could lose the top spot. 

The battle will be hosted at the Education City Stadium.

On the other hand, South Korea need to win the game and hope for a draw between Ghana and Uruguay to save a spot in the knockouts.

Regarding the lineups of both teams, the starting eleven of Portugal are Diogo Costa, Dalot, Pepe, António Silva, Cancelo; Neves; Nunes, Vitinha; João Mário; Horta, and Ronaldo.

South Korea will start with Seung-gyu; Moon-hwan, Young-gwonm, Kyung-won Kwon, Jin-su; In-beom Hwang, Jung; Kang-in Lee, Jae-sung Lee, Son; and Cho.
