With Egypt and four African teams participating, FIFA has announced the draw for the FIFA U-20 World Cup, set to take place at 6:00 PM on Thursday, 29 May, in the Chilean capital Santiago.
The draw ceremony will be held at the Machasa studios of Chilevisión and will be broadcast live on the FIFA+ platform. The draw comes after the launch of the tournament’s official emblem, the opening of volunteer registration, and the unveiling of the official mascot, “Vito™.” The tournament matches will be held from 27 September to 19 October.
