On Friday, Danish FC Midtjylland announced enlisting Emam Ashour for the team's squad for the forthcoming European games.
Ashour was enlisted alongside Armin Gigovic, and Astrit Selmani, according to an official statement released by the Danish club.
The three new signings will have their debut at Midtjylland's game against Sporting CP in the Europa League on February 16.
The Danish club announced the signing of the Zamalek's star for a reported fee of €2.76 million on Tuesday.
The Danish contract made Ashour Zamalek’s third-most expensive sale after Mostafa Mohamed’s and Mahmoud Kharaba.
After his signing, Mohamed Zidan sent a motivating message to Ashour, wishing him a glorious career with the Danish giants.
