The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot to extremely hot, humid weather will prevail in most of the country during Wednesday’s daylight hours.
Moderately hot, humid weather is also expected to hit the North Coast.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, Canal Cities, and Central Sinai.
Wind will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 1.75 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height, with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early hours.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 35°C in Cairo, 30°C in Alexandria, 29°C in Marsa Matruh, 39°C in Sohag, 41°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.
