The General Division for Gold and Jewelry at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce will launch the 2nd edition of the international exhibition “Nebu” for gold and jewelry next week.
The global event, which is scheduled to kick off next Saturday, December 10, will witness the participation of 35 major companies operating in the industry, and gold trade, in addition to the participation of leading local and international designers.
The exhibition’s activities will take place over three days.
The current version is launched under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, as well as the Ministers of Supply, Internal Trade, Industry, and the General Division of Gold Jewelery in the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce.
Hani Milad, head of the General Division for Gold and Jewelry at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce said that the division has succeeded in motivating all international jewelry institutions to take part in this event, a matter which is considered as an important opportunity to get acquainted with the latest international and Egyptian lines and trends in design and the latest production technologies adopted by the Egyptian industry and jewelry trade community.
Moreover, Milad added that this international participation also confirms the continued development of the Egyptian product in terms of quality, in accordance with the latest international standards.
Furthermore, he stressed that bringing together the Egyptian, and foreign products under one roof is the most important means of encouraging this key economic sector to grow rapidly, in order to achieve the desired dream of transforming Egypt into an international center for the manufacture and trade of gold and jewelry.
In addition, Milad pointed out that many new activities have organized, on the sidelines of the new edition of the exhibition, where ten winners of the jewelery design competition will be announced in partnership with the International Designer Azza Fahmy. A day has also been dedicated for direct sales to the public with many offers and discounts.
