"Reuters", a news agency, said that the European Commission (EC) has phrased guidelines to enforce the institutions to examine and verify endurance of the new roads and facilities of the renewable energy in the context of preparation for facing an imminent international catastrophe.

The EC indicated over its statement that additional funds will be funneled to establishments that answer to requirements of safety and security in the conditions of changing climate.

According to the new requirements, companies of construction, railways, and power stations should ensure the safety and solidity of their constructions during drought and floods.

Furthermore, experts of the EC have to define strictly the requirements and means that should be taken into account to fight the fallouts of fighting climate change.

The statement of the EC stressed that a specific level of safety called "Climate Protection" should be ensured to get finance.

The Transit Fund" affiliated with the European Union (EU) has allotted € 17.5 billion to help the member-states to transfer from the fossil fuel to the green one.

The leadership of the EC guides construction companies to take into account the possible dangers during building and mending the various projects if soft points are spotted towards climate change.

The EC also compels these companies to measure the volume of emission of gases that cause global heating to achieve zero-emission by 2050.

Also, the European Commission (EC) has announced allotting € 800 billion to restore recovery to the economies of the member-states of the bloc.

This sum will be spent in supporting investments and economic reforms across the bloc throughout the years to come.

The  EU  plans to launch a new system of travel certificates as of July 1 to facilitate the moving of passengers between the countries of the bloc.

Citizens of countries outside the EU can submit to get the certificate as they can't get that certificate automatically even they are admitted into a member country of the EU according to the Associated Press, a UA news agency.

This decision of the EU comes as the United States of America (USA) nears to lift restrictions of traveling related to the Coronavirus (known also as COVID-19) to the EU, Britain, Canada, and Mexico, as a White House official revealed to the Financial Times.
