Euro 2024: England, and the Netherlands to Semi-Finals

On Saturday, the final day of 2024 Euro quarter-finals took place and it was full of crazy moments, and shocking returns.

England vs Switzerland

This game was a real thrill. Switzerland were one of the top energetic teams in the tournament. Switzerland did their best to hit the nets of the English in a game witnessed the presence of the UK's Crown Prince, Prince William. 

Switzerland's Breel Embolo put his team ahead after scoring in the minute 75, but the English rebelled and Saka hit the equalizer after only five minutes. 

The game ended with 1-1 draw, therefore, the game was extended to extra time which witnessed dangerous threats from both teams.

Finally, the penalties had the final say in the game. The English managed to score 5 shots, while Switzerland missed 2.

The Netherlands vs. Turkey 

This game witnessed a lot of moments of madness. Turkey was among the teams that passed the expectations of the fans in the European tournament. 

In minute 35, Turkey's Samit Akaydin put his team ahead after scoring, but the Dutch made a great come back by hitting the equalizer by Stefan de Vriji in minute 70, and scored the winning goal, which counted as an own goal by Turkey's Mert Muldur.
