Étoile Sportive du Sahel appointed the former Al Ahly manager Juan Carlos Garrido as a new head coach ahead of the Red Devils' clash at the CAF Champions League.
"Garrido is the new coach, succeeding the former coach Faouzi Benzarti," the Tunisian club said on their official Facebook Page.

The Tunisian side are set to kick off their adventure in the group stage of the CAF Champions League on November 29 at Rades Stadium. Both teams were drawn in Group B, alongside Platinum (Zimbabwe), and Al-Hilal (Sudan).
On Monday, the club spokesperson Qais Ashour said that the 50-year-old would sign a one-year contract as a new coach.
Who is Garrido?
Garrido is a Spanish football manager, who was born on March 29, 1969. He began his career as a manager at the age of 24 when he had led Club de Futbol El Puig.
After that, he led several prominent clubs such as Villarreal, Real Betis, Saudi's Ettifaq FC, Al Ain FC, and Egypt's Al Ahly.

The 50-year-old had guided the Red Devils to claim the Egyptian Super Cup title and the CAF Confederations Cup trophy in 2014 for the first time in the history of Al Ahly.
After Leaving the eight-time African champions in 2015, he headed to Saudi Arabia, where he led Saudi El-Ettifaq, then he moved to Morroco, where he led Raja Casablanca as he managed to clinch his second Confederation Cup title with the Moroccan side. His last step before du Sahel was in UAE, where he was named as Al Ain's head coach.
