Epic Battle Unfolds in First Trailer for "Mousa"

The first trailer for Egypt's latest Sci-fi film “Mousa“ has finally been released.

The epic footage showed engineer Yahya, a mechatronics engineer (Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz), who decides to change the world by inventing a robot named Mousa, who uses him to achieve his goals, which is dubbed as Mousa' Law.

Meanwhile, a police officer (Eyad Nassar) tries to stop Mousa and persuade Yahya to save the world and shut down his project.

The footage also featured a cameo from actor Ahmed Hatem, who might be reprising his role as Yusuf in the 2016 film "The Fourth Pyramid".

The trailer received huge positive reactions on social media following its release. The users commented that the footage was a pleasant surprise and evidence of a great leap in the Egyptian film industry.

"Mousa" also stars Asma Abulyazeid, Sarah El Shamy, Mohamed Gomaa, Salah Abdullah, and others.

The film also features the special appearance of Sabry Fawaz, Ahmed El Awady, and Mohamed Lotfy.

Three of Egypt's and The Middle Easts are producing the film, namely Synergy Films, New Century, and Misr International Films, with Dollar Films distributing the film in Egypt and El Taher Media Production around the world.

"Mousa" is penned and directed by famed Egyptian director Peter Mimi and slated to arrive this summer.

The plot centers around a student in the Faculty of Engineering who invents the first robot in the Middle East. The student's goal was to avenge the death of his father and to achieve justice from his point of view.
