"Emily in Paris" Season 2 Release Date Revealed

Netflix announced Saturday that the second season of "Emily in Paris" will return on December 22, 2021.

The announcement was made during the streaming giant's first-ever fan event titled "Tudum".

The hit series features Lily Collins as a young woman who moves from Chicago to Paris to provide an American perspective to her marketing firm’s boutique agency, Savoir.

Season 2 was filmed in Paris, St. Tropez, and other locations in the South of France.

“Emily In Paris” also includes Ashley Park, Lucas Bravo, Samuel Arnold, Camille Razat, Bruno Gouery, William Abadie, and Arnaud Viard.

The hit series premiered on Oct. 2, 2020, and reached 58 million households across the globe in its first 28 days, making it their most popular comedy series of 2020.

It also earned Golden Globe nominations in February, with Collins nominated for best actress – TV comedy/musical, and the show for best comedy or musical.

Season one of “Emily in Paris” was filmed entirely on location in Paris and throughout France.
