EMA updates Egypt rain map

On Saturday, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) updated Egypt's rain map starting from Sunday.

EMA added that the northwest coasts will see light and moderate rain on Sunday and Monday.

Moreover, several regions in Egypt may see more rain on Monday and Tuesday including Delta, and Cairo alongside north coast and Sinai.

However, the amount of rain is expected to be decreased through the following days as only the Egyptian northeast would witness light rain on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Last week, Egypt witnessed a violent cold weather due to the Arctic storm hit the country alongside many Arab countries such as Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Libya.
