The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that the country will experience a wave of unstable weather as of Thursday.
Meteorologists also predicted that the unstable weather would lead to changes in the country.
Moderately hot weather is also predicted to prevail in most parts of the country. Hot Weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The wave is accompanied by a chance of rainfall and a slight decline in temperature.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.
Moreover, Manar Ghanem, member of the Media Center at the EMA, said the country is experiencing largely stable autumn conditions these days.
In a phone-in with “Extra News” TV Channel, Ghanem noted that there is a clear difference between daytime and nighttime temperatures that sometimes exceed 10°C to 12°C, which requires caution in choosing clothes, especially during the late night and early morning hours.
She said that daytime temperatures vary between warm and hot weather, while the weather turns cold at night in most of the country.
Temperatures across most parts of Egypt are expected to drop sharply on Wednesday night due to a low-pressure system developing in the upper atmosphere.
The cold front will hit the west of the country and Marsa Matruh on Wednesday night, before expanding across the country from Thursday to the beginning of next week.
The predicted temperatures in Cairo will range between 24 and 25 degrees by the end of the week, with mild weather during the day and cooler temperatures at night.
Ghanem urged citizens to follow daily weather forecasts and wear appropriate clothing for the weather conditions in the coming days.
