Eddie Nketiah gave the Gunners the lead at the 12th minute, then the Egyptian star Mohamed Elneny doubled the advantage with a magnificent strike from outside the box at the 18th minute, before Jordan Flores made it 2-1 with an angled shot at 22'.
Joe Willock and Folarin Balogun scored late on for Arsenal at 67' and 80' respectively before Sean Hoare scored a second for Dundalk at the 85th minute.
BBC sports has mentioned that all Elneny's three goals for Arsenal have been scored in European competition, with two of them coming from outside the box.
This is Elneny’s first goal of the season in his 13th appearance for the Gunners since his return from his loan period.
