Elite Int’nal School Hosts Tedxyouth@isee Event

In a day full of joy, Elite International School hosted the events of Tedxyouth@isee. The event was organized by Mr. Mohamed Zakaria, head of the Arabic department in the American system and international IB bachelor system professor, in addition to a group of excellent students who helped put the event together.

Attending the event were: Mrs Magda Abdelmeneim director of the school and Miss Lobn El-Mehy head of the British system, Miss Reham Aly head of the American system and lastly Miss Shaimaa Abdelfatth head of the IB Bachelor’s program.

Tedxyouth@isee hosted few of the most prominent students of the school including: Ahmed Hossam, who studies engineering at the German University in Cairo, Mohamed Mostafa and Zahwa Kertam, who are currently at their last year in the IB Bachelor’s program as well as the miraculous runner Mohamed Kelany holder of the international prize for most inspiring person.

Also, professor Maha Zayan, Behavioral Physiology specialist and holder of the international Bachelor’s degree in England is among the event’s distinguished guests.

The event also hosted prominent reporter Hossam Essam and Mohamed Ghazaly Harb marketing manager at BMW.

The guest of honor for the event was Madam Laila, founder of Baheya Hospital for Cancer treatment and early checkups.

Laila gave a speech citing the history of Baheya and it’s biggest accomplishments; she expressed her happiness with the event which is held under the name behind the horizon.

The attendees praised the event; Mohammed Kelany was very pleased with the school's interest in developing students' skills in these events, which adds to the reputation of the school in addition to its academic excellence and all its activities.

Miss Maha Zayan also confirmed that she was delighted to have this exciting experience.
