El Reef El Masry Launches Initiative for Expanding Sunflowers Planting

The Egyptian Countryside Development Company (El Reef El Masry) announced on Wednesday launching a new initiative for expanding sunflowers planting in Al Maghrah, and East El Minya.

This initiative is part of the national project of reclaiming a million and a half acres for improving the green areas in Egypt.

Also, the corporation is backing the Ministry of Agriculture of agreeing with farmers to plant sunflowers to expand Egypt's production of oil crops.

The initiative will be held between July 15, and August 21 in Al Maghara, and from August 1 to September 7 in East El Minya.

The Egyptian Countryside Development Company (El Reef El Masry) company will provide the new participants with several agricultural facilities, in addition to providing them with weekly guidance.
