El-Feki receives Chairman of Sharjah Institute for Heritage

Director of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina Mostafa El-Feki, received Dr. Abdulaziz Almusallam, the chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, and Dr. Mona Bonameh, Director of Content and Publishing at the Institute.

El-Feki praised the renaissance carried out by Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi in Sharjah, stressing the Bibliotheca Alexandrina's support for these heritage works, especially the intangible cultural heritage, and the topics of public heritage, because they are a common Arab fusion.

Dr. Abdulaziz Almusallam said that the great experience of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the Arab Republic of Egypt, in addition to experience of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, will have a positive impact on the cultural environment, especially the cultural heritage.

Almusallam revealed a memorandum of understanding and a cooperation project between the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the Sharjah Institute for Heritage.
