On Sunday, the Israeli El-Al Airlines announced that it will operate its first flight from Tel Aviv to the Moroccan capital, Rabat, tomorrow, December 22, according to Russia Today (RT).

The plan will carry a joint US-Israeli delegation.

The delegation will be headed by Jared Kushner, senior advisor to President Trump, and Israeli National Security Adviser Meir Ben-Shabbat.

According to a number of informed sources, the direct flight, (LY 555), is expected to take 6 hours.

It is worth mentioning that, earlier this month, US President Donald Trump announced that Morocco’s King Mohamed VI had agreed to normalize relations with Israel in a peace deal brokered by the United States, making the North African nation the fourth Arab country in few months to establish full diplomatic relations with Israel.

“Another HISTORIC breakthrough today! Our two GREAT friends Israel and the Kingdom of Morocco have agreed to full diplomatic relations – a massive breakthrough for peace in the Middle East!” Trump tweeted.

The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Sudan recently moved to normalize relations with Israel in deals brokered by Washington.
