El Ahly board of directors have decided to file a complaint against Zamalek’s official TV channel, Zamalek TV, to the Egyptian Supreme Council for Media Organization over several accusations against the club.
The Red Giants released an official statement stating that they have launched a complaint against the White Castle’s official channel, saying that they have breached all the rules and regulations of the media work.
The board declared that Zamalek president Mortada Mansour has appeared through the channel directing insults and over the top accusations against the club and its officials, in addition to igniting hatred between the fans of the two clubs.
El Ahly have also mentioned in their complaint Zamalek president’s lies about the financial disclosure of some of the board's officials without providing any evidence or proof to his claims.
The club called for all the legal procedures to be taken against the club.
This is not the first time the current El Ahly board launch a complaint against Zamalek president, as they have opted for the same decision several times in the past couple of years.
