Happy returns. Tomorrow marks the first day of the blessed Eid Al-Adha. May God accept all the prayers during the Day of Arafah and the prayers of everyone who came to perform th Hajj.. Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. Verily all praise and blessings are Yours, and all sovereignty, You have no partner).

Despite the harsh weather and the intense heat wave, the joy of Eid prevails, as every family gathers with love, happiness, and joy around the sacrifice. Family and relatives gather, forgetting the troubles of work and the pressures of life, to live the joy of Eid, especially since this Eid is the feast of solidarity, compassion, and the distribution of sacrifices that bring joy to hearts and draw a smile on the lips.

Everyone is asking for God’s forgiveness, and after God has forgiven sins and accepted prayers,  Muslims perform the Eid prayer, as if they were born again, rejoicing at the completion of this year’s Hajj. Then they began slaughtering the sacrificial animal, and to thank their God who saved Ishmael and substituted a “great sacrifice” in his place, so that on this occasion, Muslims feed the poor and gift their relatives and loved ones the meat of their sacrificial animals, so the poor eats as the rich eats, and the meat enters every house and is placed on every table, hence, no one is deprived, the rich and the poor, and the owner of the sacrifice, and the relatives, family, neighbors, and loved ones eat from the sacrificial animals.

Oh God, forgive us and protect Egypt and its people.

I hope that we will all enjoy the Eid holiday, which lasts for 9 days... I hope that everyone will be happy, the children will be happy, and those who have traveled will enjoy the beaches and the gathering of family and friends, and those who have stayed in Cairo will be happy in its streets, from which the crowds have disappeared since the end of last week, I wish those who have travelled to Alexandria and the north coast to enjoy Eid. Many people are heading to Cairo Airport, where everyone is fleeing the intense heat wave that the country is experiencing, searching for a breath of air. May God ease this heat wave that we are experiencing these days. May God bless us with the joy of the Eid. Happy returns.
