Egypt's Youssef Soliman, Salma Hany Win Australia Squash Open Titles

On Sunday, Egyptian Squash stars Youssef Soliman, and Salma Hany won the titles of the Australia Squash Open tournament in both divisions: men's, and women's. 

Soliman won the title after defeating Victor Crouin 3-1 in a 61-minute game.

On the other hand, Hany captured the title after defeating the Egyptian Amina Orfi 3-0 in a 46-minute game.

Previously, PSA announced the international ranking for the final week for February 2024.

For men, the ranking included five Egyptian players.

Ali Farag headed the ranking for the 40th successive week, and the 196th in his history.

Mostafa Asal came fourth, and Karim Abdel Gawad jumped to No.5 seed.

Mazen Hesham came seventh, and Tarek Mo'men came eighth.

For women's, five Egyptian Squash stars are included in the list.

Nour El Sherbiny headed the international ranking of the final week in February 2024 and for 27 successive weeks, and 237 weeks in her history.

Hania El Hammamy came second, and Nouran Gohar came second.

Nour El Tayeb's position lowered to No. 8, and Rawan Al Arabi appeared in the top 10.
