Argentina's U-23 snatched a 1-0 hard fought victory over Egypt in Tokyo Olympic to make Egypt's position in the tournament very hard.

The Argentinian team started the game so fiercely as early as after only five minutes as they made several attacks towards Mohamed El Shenway. Adolfo Gaich made a first threat towards Egypt when he fired a powerful shot, hit the bar.

Eight minutes later, the Pharaohs made their first cap in the match, when Ramadan Sobhi made a nice move towards Argentina's penalty area, but his shot hit the defenders.

Facundo Medina scored the only goal of the match after the break in the 53rd minute, when he made a nice follow up to the ball which hit the bar, to hit a low shot home from inside the area.

Egypt are in the fourth spot with only one point, head by Spain 3rd with one point, Argentina 2nd with three points, while Australia are topping the group with three points.
