Egypt's Pavilion Wins Holiday World's Best Design Award

Egypt's pavilion won the Best Design Award at Holiday World exhibition. It took place between March 17, and 19.

Egypt was represented by the Ministry of Antiquities and Tourism, and the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Activation. The pavilion was designed as an Ancient Egyptian temple in white and different screens which displayed different films and documentaries about Egypt.

Mohamed Abdel Latif, the member of the General Authority for Tourism Activation's technical office, said that the exhibition targeted boosting the tourism in Egypt to widen the base of tourists in Czech Republic.

Abdel Latif added that Czech market is a promising tourist one for the Egyptian tourism. He explained that the Czech tourists to Egypt are in continues increase.

The Egyptian pavilion was praised by the exhibitors and participants at the exhibition who had different photos at it, including Czech influencer Adam Mach who is followed by more than 350 million followers.

During the exhibition, a number of talks and meeting were hosted for increasing the presence of Czech tourists to Egypt, and targeting different levels of tourists.

In addition, a number of media talks were organized about tourism in Egypt, and its famous sites.
