Egypt's tennis star Mayar Sherif won Jasmine Open (WTA 250) women's doubles titles with her Russian Partner Anna Blinkova on Saturday.
They won the title after defeating the Russians Anastasia Zakharova and Alina Korneeva in the final of the tournament that took place in Tunisia 8-10, 1-6, 6-2.
The Egyptian player had a disappointing singular campaign at the tournament after leaving the tournament from round 1.
She was eliminated by Croatia's Jana Fett 6-4, 6-3, 1-6.
Last July, Egypt's Tennis star Mayar Sherif's WTA ranking improved from 78 to 67 in the final international ranking for professional Tennis players.
Sherif lost the final of Grand EST 88 after her elimination from Wimbledon's first round for single tournament, and from the second round from the double tournament.
She was eliminated from the first round by Italy's Dalma Galfi for the singular contests, and from the second round from the doubles.
The Egyptian tennis star was also eliminated from the second round of the French Open (Roland Garros) by Madison Keys.
