Egypt's Gov’t Denies Closing Cafes During Ahly-Zamalek Clash

Egyptian government denied on Monday rumors, spread out via social media, about closing cafes, and restaurant during the CAF Champions League finals between Al Ahly and Zamalek.

The Red Devils are set to face off the White Knights on Friday in the Champions League finals.

Sources in the government said that all what was spread on social media is rumors.

The sources also added that the relevant authorities will monitor during the day the commitment of the people to the precautionary measures to fight the spread of coronavirus, including wearing face masks and social distancing.
