Egyptian Cultural Office Celebrates Arabic Language Day

On the occasion of the World Arabic Language Day, the Egyptian Cultural Office over two days the occasion by organizing a scientific conference on cultural and linguistic relations between Egypt and Italy in the presence of Italian professors of literature and language.

An art exhibition, titled 'Nas', was opened during the celebration in which drawing and photographing the different shots from the Egyptian daily life in the corners of streets, markets, and the daily life of Egyptian women were displayed.

Egypt's Ambassador in Rome Hesham Badr inaugurated the exhibition with the participation of Ambassador to Vatican Mahmoud Sami, cultural attaché in Rome Hajar Seif el-Nasr, diplomats, and Italian cultural advisors.

Badr stressed the importance of cultural relations between Cairo and Rome and the importance of exposing aspects of Egyptian culture through arts and seminars held periodically at the office's headquarters in Rome.
