Many prominent Egyptian figures, actors, athletes, and singers contracted the coronavirus this year, but they now began to get the COVID-19 vaccine to protect themselves against contracting the virus again.

Lately, the Egyptian government has begun its covid-19 vaccinations program for elderly citizens and those with chronic diseases, according to domestic reports.

With current age and career restrictions on the vaccine, it may be a moment until we see a wave of celebs under 60 receiving the vaccine, but until then rest assured that icons such as Nabila Abid, Sherif Madkour, and more, are in the clear.

Egypt's iconic actress Nabila Abid shared a photo and video on April 4 of her receiving the covid-19 vaccine, making her one of the first celebrities to do so. Abid announced that she felt “happy” following her vaccination at the Agouza Hospital in Giza. Meanwhile, she urged All Egyptians to get vaccinated.

On the other hand, Madkour, known for his “Shara’a Sherif” Tv show, shared an image of him receiving the vaccine of coronavirus on his Instagram page.

In fact, Madkour is under 65, but the TV anchor Who suffering from chronic diseases got his shot on April 2 in Cairo. the prominent figure referred to the process as a “piece of cake” and encouraged others to get the vaccine.
