Waleed Fahmy El-Fiki, Egypt's Ambassador in Doha, met this morning with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister (PM) and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the details of the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit scheduled for Monday, October 13, 2025, and the joint Egyptian-Qatari role in supporting regional and international efforts aimed at strengthening stability and promoting prosperity in the region.
The meeting also covered a number of bilateral cooperation issues between the two countries, which are witnessing increasing growth in various fields.
