Egypt U-23 to Face Congo Friendly on Sunday

The Egyptian U-23 national football team will face the Congolese team, Sunday, at Alexandria Stadium.

The friendly game is part of the Egyptian team's preparation for their participation at the AFCON U-23 tournament in Morocco. 

Micale set the preparation camp in Alexandria to get ready for the tournament as the holders of the first three places will participate at Paris Games 2024.

The 32-preliminary list for the Egypt U-23 squad includes:

GK: Ali El Gabry, Mohamed Gamil, Mohamed Ahmed "Seha"

Defense: Mohamed Ashraf, Hossam Abdel Megid, Hatem "Sokkar," Mohamed Hamdy, Ahmed Eid, Omar Fayed, Ahmed Sayed Abdel Naby, Mohamed Haitham Adnan, Ahmed Bahaa, Mohamed Tarek.
