Egypt U-23 national team will square off Brazil in a friendly as they prepare for the 2020 Olympics, set to begin in the summer of next year.

Egypt vs Brazil

The Young Egyptians qualified for the Olympics after winning the 2019 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations in November of last year following a 2-1 victory over Cote D'Ivoire.

They were set to face Brazil in a friendly just four months before the start of the Olympics. However, the competition and the match were both cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic which started back in March.

The Pharaohs are scheduled to play a friendly on 13 November against an opponent that is yet to be determined before they take on Brazil at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium three days later.
